DLPC3479: Parallel interface to both master and slave controller?

Hello,

We plan to use dlpc3479 with dlp4710LC and dlpa3000. Datasheet suggests in block diagram (page 1 and page 49) that parallel interface goes just to Master controller, however reference design seems to have connected parallel bus to both, master and slave controllers.

Can you confirm which is correct?

Hello Petr,

The parallel interface should be connected to both Master and Slave controller as shown in the reference design.

We will update the block diagram in Page 1 to reflect that. The block diagram in page 49 (figure 8-1) is for a system using internal pattern therefore it does not show any connectivity for parallel interface for either of the controllers.
