Hi,

Good Day. Customer purchased the DLP light crafter 4500 projector and he is interested in augmenting it for his purposes. He read from the manual that the light engine was developed by iView Limited. Ideally, he would like a version of this light engine with all the LEDs replaced with white LEDs. Can you help him with this? If he do end up doing it himself, do you have any resources to help? Please advise. Thank you very much.

    Hello Ray,

    The customer needs work with Optical engine manufacturer  to get a White LED only optical engine.   If customer wants to do it them self then need to make following change:

     1. Replace with  electrically equivalent LED.

     2. Remove dichroic filters in the optical engine.

    This will require some optical knowledge and lab expertise to make these changes.
