Hi Team,

We would like to ask for your assistance on this DLPDLCR3310EVM issue one of our customer have raised. Posting on his behalf:

"I have DLPDLCR3310EVM. I downloaded the firmware dpp3437-dual-ASIC_7.1.2 from the product's web page and updated the product. I didn't get any errors during the update. After the update, my product did not turn on again. When I try to restore the backup firmware, it gives an error when it comes to the verification part. I would be glad if you help."

Hello User,

Can the customer provide what version of the GUI that they are using for this process?

When the customer is updating the EVM, what position is the PROJ_ON switch in? On or off?

Thanks for looking into this. Our customer used version the GUI v7.4. PROJ_ON was on.

Hello Jejomar,

What is the status of LED's D8 and D9 on the EVM? Do the LED's change states after the power switch is thrown?

Is your client able to establish communication with the board at all? What was the reason for flashing the EVM with new firmware? Was there a performance issue?
