DLPC3430: Initial display state after boot-up for PICO Firmware

I have a design using the DLPC3430+DLPA2000+DLP2010 that is working using the DLP PICO Firmware available on your website. This is functioning as intended, except the checkerboard test pattern flashes during boot-up before it can be disabled by the host.

Is there a way to change this behavior in the default firmware, or to develop a custom firmware image that has a different initial display state?

Hello User,

You stated that the FW you have is from TI.com, can you tell me the specific version that you have?

Do you want to the system to boot in test pattern mode with a different pattern or are you looking to have a splash image on start-up?

The downloaded firmware image has the filename: FWSel_DLPC3430_DLPA2000_pm1_i2c0x36_v7p4p3, so I assume version 7.4.3. Let me know if you need any other configuration settings from the documentation included with the file download.

The initial display state should be test pattern mode with a solid black/blank screen.
