DLP4500: Mount of DMD

Please watch the picture.

I have some questins.

1,How should I mount the DMD horizontally?

2,When I mount DMD, which type of adhesive can I use?

I now have a heat sink on the back of the DMD.

If you have Something that can be mounted horizontally or a device that keeps them from moving, please tell me.

    We are not aware on any off-the-shelf mounting hardware for your use case. You may be able to modify the mounting hardware design to match your use case. Please refer to the application note on " Mounting Hardware and Quick Reference Guide for DLP® Advanced Light Control Digital Micromirror Devices"

    This EVM uses DLP4500AFQE DMD.  Please refer to mounting hardware design concept on page 5 of the application note for details.

    Normally, we don't recommend using adhesive , the preferred methods is to secure them using mechanical mount. If that is not feasible then please use any industry standard thermal tape. I am not sure how long tightly it will hold, may come off over time.
