In regards to the issue you're seeing now. Have you recently reprogrammed the flash? This error would occur on our EVM if there's a mismatch between the flash and PCB hardware. The EVM requires a specific build that switches the hardware into a headlight mode.

Use this version of the DLP Composer project file and tool to rebuild and reprogram your EVM as recommended by Jake in an effort to resolve the error.

When was the EVM last working, and what was the last test/experiment performed that caused the EVM to then fail? Did the EVM fail during operation, or after  it was power cycled? Did you previously attempt to reprogram the flash memory?

I have also granted you access to the full version of DLP Control Program, though this should not impact the error case you have reported.

I will merge these two posts as they are related to the flash programming and start-up of the EVM.

Start-up halting at the bootloader is likely to occur if the flash memory was not properly programmed, or if the flash was programmed with erroneous or incompatible content. Are you still using DLP Control Program and the Cheetah USB-to-SPI interface to reprogram the .bin onto the EVM?
