My customer would like to confirm if we can provide a replacement for them for this EVM. They ordered one, unfortunately, they found that the interface was damaged when they unpacked the goods for inspection.

Hi Renan,

So just want to confirm it seems like they are unable to plug in the LED cables into the optical engine connectors right?

I am double checking with my team but my general thoughts are these are not easy to replace and most likely will require a replacement.
