We are developing a test solution with the EVM, which will support unsupervised operation of up to 24 hours. The EVM will also be packaged into a closed housing with limited airflow and thermal dissipation. To help we plan to integrate fans with better airflow to compensate this fact.
I am wondering if there is any thermal protection already integrated in the EVM, either LED only or system-wide, which would shut down the LED/EVM. If not, are the thermistor pins available and which location the thermistor(s) is(are) located.
