DLP2010NIR: lot trace code related question

Hello,

There is a question of dmd part - dlp2010nir.

There are several pcs cannot work when they put onto our dlp nano scan evm platform.

The software GUI appears scan error - dlpc boot error.

However some other dmd parts work well.

We found that the lot trace code is different and the trouble dmds have the same lot number.

Any info of the lot number GHJJJJK means?

Is there any different among the lots?

Here are two parts, the left one works well in our evm but the right one fails.  

Is there any characteristics/model difference between there lots?

If the dmds are all good (our dmd provider says that), any possibility of that?

electrical circuit compatibility or some settig issue? 

The are some others have same problem and most of them are same lot number.

    Hello all,

    This issue already be figurated out.

    The problem is that DLPC150 firmware has upgrated to v2.3.1 to fixed some issue for the manufacture after 2020.

    The case we used v2.2.0 for testing the dmds so that some of new purchase dmds were fail but some were not (assume should older parts).

    After upgared to v2.3.1, it looks works fine so far.
