Hello Jonas,
Please update the DLPC FW to latest 2.3.1and also TIVA FW to 2.0.0
Regards,
Akhil
Hi Akhil,
thank you for your suggestion. Now i updated it to the latest version but the error is still existing.
I found no option for TIVA FW 2.0.0 but maybe TIVA SW 2.1.0 is already a newer version?
Hi Jonas,
The TIVA SW 2.1.0 should be the latest version.
We will need few days to look into your issue and get back to you.
Thank you for your patience.
Regards,
Lori
Hi Jonas,
Please make sure you have selected the Tiva flash is empty check box and try updating the TICA MCU Firmware
Regards,
Akhil
Hi Akhil, sorry for the question, but where can i find the required download data for the TICA MCU Firmware?
Jonas,
The latest TIVA SW 2.1.0 is available at: https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/tidcc48.
Also please use the latest GUI version 2.1.0: https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/tidcc47
Please select the checkbox mentioned above while flashing

Hello Jonas,
Does the program continually freeze at 10% after a system power cycle? Is an I2C connection able to be made with the board now that the flash has failed?
Regards,
Austin
Hi Austin,
i am sorry, but i dont know what a system power cycle and an I2C connection is.
What i can confirm is that if the check box "TIVA flash is empty" is chosen, the right data path is entered and i will hit the "update" button it will freeze every time i am trying it.
Regards
Jonas
Hello Jonas,
By power cycle I mean rebooting the system. I2C is the communication protocol with the controller, so I am curious if you are able to successfully send and receive commands. I would like to ensure that you still have connection to system and that the failed flash has not corrupted the firmware image, preventing the controller from booting.

Austin
Jonas,
Please try putting the EVM in bootloader mode by pressing and holding the scan button when powering the EVM as described below.
Also can you let us know what is the GUI version you are using?
Regards,
Akhil
Jonas,
Did putting the EVM into the bootloader mode have any effect on the ability to flash?
Regards,
Austin
Putting the EVM into bootloader mode, enabled the updating process so it doesnot freeze at 10%. So the updating process was successful.
Hello Jonas,
Thank for the update. Are you still getting version mismatch error?
Regards,
Vivek
Jonas,
The EEPROM cailbration data looks to be corrupted and you need to calibrated the device and write the parameters in EEPROM.
I have sent you a private message with instructions for further assistance.

Akhil
