Good day. I am posting this inquiry on behalf of the customer.

"Currently, my DLP4710 evaluation board is not functional. When I hit the ON/OFF button, the D57 turns on briefly before turning off, and the D56 flashes before turning off. NO LED illumination. I examine the LED and they appear to be in good condition. Can you let me know what the issue is?"
