1.) No. The DLPC3430 will work with the DLP2010. The DLPC3470 will work with the DLP2010LC.

3.) These EVMS are not being manufactured anymore. We also have 720p alternatives with the DLP3010 and the DLP3010LC. The schematics are about the same as the dlp2010(LC) version EVM.
