Hi.

I want to achieve 4K UHD with DLP471TEEVM and DLPC7540EVM.

If Flash_DLPC7540_DLP471TE_LED.img is used without XPR actuator, will the resolution of the displayed image be 1080p?
If I use DLP471TEEVM and DLPC7540EVM without XPR actuator, can I use 4K UHD with DLP471TEEVM and DLPC7540EVM?
Where can I purchase XPR actuator to use 4K UHD with DLP471TEEVM and DLPC7540EVM?

Thank you, I am having trouble using it as a 4K UHD without the XPR actuator.
I would like to get the XPR arctuator as soon as possible.

Two actuator manufacturers are MinAik in Taiwan and Optotune in Switzerland. They have field sales contacts that can help you with available options.

Can the Optotune XPR-20 be used with the DLP471TEEVM?
Should the XPR actuator be connected to J17 shown in Figure 3.1 of the DLPC7540 4K UHD EVM User's Guide?

Hello,

We recommend you reach out to Optotune directly to see if this XPR actuator is compatible.

The connector you have indicated - J17 - is meant for Actuator PWM Interfacing. Please use this connector when plugging to the controller board.
