DLPLCR65EVM: Project the DLP image with an objective lens

Part Number: DLPLCR65EVM

Hello,

I am interested in projecting the screen of the DLP and demagnifying down to a few micrometers, using a collimated 760 nm laser as the illumination source, and a 20X or 50X mitutoyo objective lens. I have found no significant resources where users have done something similar. There are, however, a couple of posts on the forum:

https://e2e.ti.com/support/dlp-products-group/dlp/f/dlp-products-forum/460406/infinity-corrected-microscope

e2e.ti.com/.../combined-with-optical-microscope-for-light-patterning

that ask a similar question.

What I have tried, with relatively good results, was to use a lens placed at d=f after the DLP and before the objective back aperture, so that a k-space image is formed on the back aperture of the objective, and the DMD screen is projected on the objective image plane. However, this approach does not produce the infinite conjugate that the microscope objective, but instead a tightly focused beam. Even so, the image quality is relatively good, but I believe there must be a better way of doing this. Could you give me a suggestion on that?
