Posting on behalf of my customer:
We are using the DLP LightCrafter 6500 3.0, saving patterns requires updating the firmware in something like a 'prom' folder. I need assistance with finding the correct firmware files to select.
I tried looking at various tutorials online and going through the file paths we have downloaded but I cannot find files that look correct. Does a separate file need to be downloaded prior? Or could you provide a more extensive description of what it would look like/where it would appear?
