Hi Team, 

Good day. I am posting this inquiry on behalf of the customer.

DLPC900REF-SW
I downloaded and installed DLP® LightCrafter 6500 and 9000 from your site. But when I open JTAG Flash Programmer, I get the error in the image. The application failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. it says in the error message.

Please help to advise. Thank you for extending your support.

    Hello Marvin,

    This is a known issue in Windows 10 (and 11) and can have many sources.

    Here are some things to try.  Try them in progression:

    1. Re-download the installer and attempt the install again in case the downloaded file was corrupted.
    2. Re-install the application by first uninstalling it.  Doing a clean boot and then installing it again.
    3. Install the latest Visual C++ redistributables from Microsoft and try the installation again.
    4. Use the system file checker utility by opening an elevated  command prompt (run as admin) and issue "sfc /scannow".  Restart when finished and retry the installation.

    Short of resetting Windows this is the best I know how to do.
