DLPA100: DLPC3440's CW1_PWM signal has jitter issue

Part Number: DLPA100

Hello, TI.

I would like to talk about the CW1_PWM signal provided from DLPC3440's GPIO_12 pin to DLPA100's GMIN pin.

In my lab. I saw that a jitter was on the pulse momentarily when DLPC3440 received a specific I2C command.

The issue can be duplicated with several units.

The commands which can be triggered for the issue are below.

* Write Input Source Select (05h) to external video port from others

* Write Splash Screen Execute (35h)

* etc ...

The point is here.

To address optical requirements, I had to make an additional 2nd wheel system which synchronizes to the 1st wheel.

The jitter didn't have a big effect in one wheel system but became a serious problem in my two wheel system.

It is ocasinaly going to be uncontrollable, so I would like to remove this jitter issue from the root cause if it's possible.

I have three questions.

1st of all,

Is it a known issue? I would like to know if you can duplicate the issue in IT's lab as well.

2nd,

Is there any ideas pr clues to workaround? Let me share it if you have.

It would be helpful for me if you could let me know.

BR.
