DLP3030-Q1: DLP temperature test setup.

Hi,

We are developing an application based on DLP3030 using Q7 RGB LEDs. 

Since the board is in house design we need some information regarding Temperature test.

What is the test setup required to test DLP whole unit temperature from -40C to 105 C?

Please share any relevant documents regarding this.

    Hello Sundar,

    Welcome to the E2E forums and we hope to assist you with your questions.

    We do not have any board or system level testing in terms of temperature, we only have done testing at the component level.

    General recommendations would be to use something like a temperature chamber and vary across hot, room, and cold and ensure functionality like displayed content is still functional and you are able to vary color or commands successfully. 

    You can also perform the temperature calibration sweeps and ensure you are getting good calibration data to ensure appropriate color point across temperature. 

    Here are some general information. Some information is only applicable to the TI temperature chamber.
