Hello, I would like to find information on color coordinate adjustment (CCA), hue saturation gain (HSG), color space conversion (CSC), dynamic black (DB), and keystone correction for the DLP6540 series. Could you please let me know where I can find this information? The software guide provides a general overview without specific implementation details.

Hello Zhixuan,

From the DLPC6540 Programmer's Guide, color coordinate adjustment (CCA) can be enabled using opcode 40h, byte 2. Dynamic Black (DB) can be enabled with the same opcode 40h and byte 5. Color Space Conversion (CSC) uses opcode 22h, bytes 29-30. Image HSG commands can be found at opcode 49h, see Table 19-101. Keystone correction can be found with opcode 3Eh, byte 4. This register configures all edge blending commands.

Hello Zhou,

The DLP LightCrafter Display GUI is a more user-friendly interface to send I2C commands; some of the commands are available there, such as CCA and keystone control.

However, if you wish to send the other commands, you will need to follow the SW Programmer's Guide Chapter 16 - Command Protocol for full details on implementing an external control to send commands. This is the protocol used by any external controller to control the DLPC6540 controller using any of the supported commands listed in the Programmer's Guide.
