Dear all, I`m currently working on a zemax model for using DLP9000 for direct writing application. By any chance someone could share a Zemax example on how to implement a dmd model correctly? not necessarily same dmd or same application, It would same me a lot of time. I`m currently using zemax` us_mems.dll model for this

Hello again Justas,

Here is what the optical team provided:

The us_mems.dll is the surface we use to model the DMD in Zemax. An optical reference design including the DMD surface can be found here:

Look for the design files download link on that page.

The important parameters when setting up the us_mems.dll surface are:

X-width & Y-width to match DMD active array dimensions
Angle 0 to change pixel tilt angle
Rot Angle to adjust pixel tilt direction
# X pixels and # Y pixels can be set to small values, they do not need to match the true DMD pixel count
