DLPLCR65EVM: Cannot load images and switch mode using software

I cannot switch the operation mode using DLPC900REF-GUI. It is locked at Video Mode. I cannot load any customed images for display. What's more, even when the power is cut off, there still exist a fringe-type image at the DMD surface.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Welcome to the E2E forum.

I have a few questions:

Is the system in 'Standby' mode? Have you tried power cycle?
Do you see the heartbeat LED (D6) blinking? Is the Fault LED (D5) on?
Do you see any error flags set in the 'Status' box?
What operation were you performing right before this issue occurred?
Is the GUI recognizing the correct FW version and tag?

1 The system is adjusted into normal mode using the software.

2 D6 is blinking but D5 is not lightning on.

3 Nope.

4 I was trying to upload a pattern to display. I click the last mode(fly-something).At the first time, it has no response, but the dmd surface is clear. Then, i can see fringe pattern on it(current status, as the picture shows), but this is not my uploading image.

5 yes the device type is recognized correctly.

Please send a screenshot of the GUI main page.

With the system in 'Normal' mode, are you still unable to switch operating modes?

When i click the "patten on the fly"mode in the software, it automatically switch back to the video mode.

Could u please give me a link? Because the software i currently use is directly downloaded from the product page (https://www.ti.com.cn/tool/cn/DLPLCRC900EVM#order-start-development). I don't know where to download FW image v6.2.0.
