DLP470TE: a question about disclaiming the warranty on a defective dlp chip

Part Number: DLP470TE
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DLP4710,

I use Fengmi 4K MAX projector as TV. The projector has an improved cooling system as it is 5000 lumens. The normal temperature of the dpl chip is 62°C without the enhancement versus 51°C with the additional fans installed at maximum lighting. The original chip lasted 1 year before white and black pixels started appearing. The failure was the result of a bad factory thermal pad. I ordered a new Chip here with the idea that I would get quality and warranty. also there was an update to these chips a year ago due to issues. The new chip lasted exactly 6 months before the first white pixel. 2 months later I have a second white pixel. However, my warranty was denied several times on the pretext that there were fewer than 10 pixels affected. At the same time, I read here that the 10 pixel feature only applies to blacks. White pixels are not allowed for the product. Is this true or not? After I put the question to the employee who refused the warranty, he still hasn't answered me. I feel cheated because the value for the quality just doesn't match. I could have bought cheaper from other sites... For me this is an unfair policy towards customers and I think the least you can do is give me an answer... If I had used the chip with the original cooling for that one year I would probably have much more than white pixels, because at such temperatures the chip logically has a factory defect. It makes no sense for your customers to invest €280+ every 6 months for chips...
