DLPLCR65EVM: inquiry for repair

TI E2E Support,

DLPLCR65EVM seems it is broken which we purchased last September. I would appreciate it if you could let me know the way to fix this.

DLPC900 GUI shows 1)Controller/DMD Incompatible, and 2)DMD Micromirror Parked.

EN_OFFSET: 0V
VOFFSET (TP20): 2.96V (regularly 8.5V)
VRESET (TP21): 0.148V (regularly -10V)
VBIAS (TP33): 0.2V (regularly 16V)

Hello again Takefumi-san,

I will be taking over this ticket from my colleague Aishwarya.

I have a couple of quick questions so we can decide where to go with the ticket:

Did the EVM work at first and then stop working or did it fail out of the box?
Were either the DMD board or the controller board handled during operation?

Typically this behavior indicates that the DMD is not working.

Please let me know as soon as possible so I can get things started. Thank you.

1. It worked at first then stop working
2. we touched the controller board for operation during the powered on, but we didn't handle the DMD board.

Please let me know if you need any more information.
