Which area is Thermal Interface Area?
The Solid one or Dashed one?
Is there any information like size &location about the Thermal Interface Area if the Dashed one is.

Hi hai.tuo,
Please allow me some time to look into this.
I have a DLP4620S-Q1 DMD with me, and I can tell you that the solid area is the gold symbolization pad that DMDs normally have on the back.
Here is an image from the Section 10 of the DLP4620S-Q1 DMD data sheet that shows the back side metallization with dimensions:
Table 4-2 relates to Figure 4-1 for more information on the circular test pads:

Hi again hai.tuo,
Great news! I got an answer back from a colleague much faster than I thought I would.
The thermal interface is the dashed line. The solid line is only there to show the symbolization pad.
The thermal interface is thus the wider, dashed area, This area covers a larger on the packaging where the DMD lies underneath.
