DLPLCR4500EVM: Please suggest other models for my required specifications.

I am using DLPLCR4500EVM, but it does not meet my required specifications.
If you have a similar type, could you please provide me with its model number?

We need to be able to send hardware triggers to two different devices at different times.
Smaller than the DLPLCR4500EVM.
Smaller projection size than DLPLCR4500EVM.
All control can be done by python.

What is your target application?

If you are looking for something smaller you can look into the DLP3010EVM-LC.

We also have the DLP2010 however the TI EVM itself is discontinued but the chipset is still supported. There are outside manufacturers that sell EVMs like the following:

Thank you for your reply.
My application is fringe projection profilometrey.
The size of DLP2010 you suggested seems to be just right for my target.
But I could not find a way to buy DLP2010 in my country (Japan).
On the other hand, I can buy DLPDLCR230NPEVM from mouser.
This model requires a Raspberry Pi, but can't I switch images via GPIO from a Linux PC?

If I run the DLPDLCR230NPEVM on a Raspberry Pi, is there a recommended version of the Raspberry Pi?
The latest Raspberry Pi is 5.

Hello User,

We only validated testing and setup with the Raspberry Pi 4 model B.

With the DLPLCR230NPEVM you can download the python API and should have commands and control of what content to display and how to change it.

Please see the attached user guide for more information however some information is out of date and we are working to update the user guide. If you have any technical questions, please create a new E2E ticket.

I am relieved that DLPDLCR230NPEVM seems to be Python-controllable.
I will buy it and try it.
