DLP3010EVM-LC: The Illumination of Internal Pattern Set cannot set correctly.

Dear support-team,

Is there a solution to the following phenomenon?

  • When Illumination is set to RGB in Internal Pattern, only the Blue light turns on.

When R, G, and B are set individually, I confirm that those colors are illuminated.

How do I solve this?

EVM Software: 9.0.0
Firmware: 9.0.1
GUI Software: 3.2.0.6.
