DLPC3433: vertical blanking signal behavior

Part Number: DLPC3433

Tool/software:

I have the following image of DLPC3433 operation from TI which states that the data lanes enter LP11 state once per frame (which indicates vertical blanking). In the waveform, the data lane signals appear to be switching during the vertical blanking period (not always in LP11 state). What exactly are they doing - are vertical and/or horizontal sync packets being received during this part of the frame, with LP11 state separating the sync packets? Or is the switching just scope noise and the signals do actually remain in LP11 state during this part of the frame? Thank you  -Jason
