Hello ,
We are woking on the lithography. Our requirement of wavelenth is either 365 or 405 nm. Our plan is to use DMD for the lithography (RDL pattern formation and target is to achieve 1 um L/S or less than 2um).
Please guide us about the model selection based on the applicaitons and customers already using that.
what about the model DLP 9000X?

    Hello Hafiz,

    The DLP9000X DMD that is run by the DLPC910 controller runs at higher speed (480 MHz) than the DLP9000 DMD.(400 MHz).

    If you use 405 nm then you can use the DLP9000 (DLPC900 controller) or DLP9000X (DLPC910 controller)

    If you plan to use 365 then you will want to use the DLP9000XUV DMD with the DLPC910 controller.
