Dear Texas instruments forum,

I have designed a circuit board based on the schematic diagram in the following document, but I am unable to flash the boot program and application program:

I have tried setting the J9 jumper as per the following document and trying to FLASH program using USB A-micro. I found that the USB is not bootstrapping properly and can establish a connection with the computer.

I'm trying to load the bootloader for the first time using USB on my board. According to the article below, it says to use JTAG to load the bootloader that will work with USB. Can you tell me how to do that?

I have little experience with JTAG. Any tips on how to load it and reference materials would be greatly appreciated.
