Hi,

after installing the application & driver as described, I receive the error message "the application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect" on two different PCs (Win10 & 11).

Can you please share which step you are in and see the error by following the JTAG programmer user guide? It would be better for us to understand if you can share the screenshot.

Hello Lori,

sxstrace helped finding the problem. The application requires "Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable" (exactly this version). It's working now.
