Our company is currently testing a custom board designed with the combination of the DLPC910, DLP9000, and Kintex Ultra (Xilinx). While we have reviewed various debugging points mentioned in the datasheet, the system is not operating as expected. I would like to ask for guidance on additional steps we can take to troubleshoot this issue.

At present, signals such as ECP2 Finished, INIT ACTIVE, DMD TYPE, and VLED0 (heartbeat) have been verified as functioning correctly. However, even after executing the MCP sequence, the RST_ACTIVE signal does not appear.

Referring to posts in other forums, we also attempted to invert the values for interface training during input, but the issue persists. Additionally, control signals like RST2BLKZ, COMP_DATA, and NS_FLIP were held low during initialization.

Could you advise on what additional checks or steps we could take in this situation?

As a related issue, when WDT_ENBLZ is asserted, instead of observing the RST_ACTIVE signal every 10 seconds, it remains continuously HIGH.

If there is any additional information required regarding this matter, please let me know.
