DLPC1438: The FPGA_RDY signal goes high with some noise after Proj_On

I am going to run some experiments in the lab and also consult with my colleague regarding your question. Please allow me a few days before I can get back to you.

When you replace the FPGA with a new FPGA do you see the same behavior coming from the signals in picture 1? Additionally, do you know how hot the FPGA gets before the noise dissipates from the above signals, as seen in picture 2?

yes,the behavior is same after i replace a new FPGA.

2.do you know how hot the FPGA gets before the noise dissipates from the above signals?

 the noise dissipates when the temperature goes around 40°C  to 50°C

Thank you for the information. Additionally, how are you heating up the FPGA to reach temperatures between 40 - 50C?

At first，the noise dissipates after i continued test the board for 10min.I turn off the power and wait until the board cold down.Then i turn on the power and proj on.The noise appear again.

So i use heat gun heat up FPGA to 40 - 50C.The noise dissipates.

Is this a custom board design with the DLPC1438 Controller as the main FPGA?
