Several DMDs have been damaged like this. what could cause this kind of damage?

Hello Tian,
There are many reasons could get the DMD damaged. For example, the operating conditions exceed its recommended specifications, the DMDs don't follow the storage conditions, and etc.
Can you please provide more information to narrow down the issue? How do you operate the DMD, do you have your own custom board instead of TI EVM?
When did you purchase the DMD and how do you storage them?
