Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DLPLCR90EVM
Tool/software:
Hello. I'm currently developing a structured illumination microscope using a DLP9000 connected to a DLPLCR90EVM to generate the necessary linear patterns. For the initial alignment, I need to project a small dot at the center of the DMD so the reflected 0th order is redirected to the microscope port along the normal to its surface.
The issue is that projecting the same small dot while directly illuminating the DMD with a broadband 3W LED poses a significant risk of hinge memory failure over time. What would be the most appropriate setup for pattern-on-the-fly mode to mitigate that risk?
Attached below is the image I’m currently using for alignment (a white circle on a black background), along with the corresponding inverted image.
Any help is tremendously appreciated.
