DLP9000: DLP9000

Part Number: DLP9000

Tool/software:

Hi there,

I am currently investigating lithography printing and have come across this product (DLP9000).

The additional requirement we have on top of a high-resolution exposure is the need to project a pattern onto a 3D surface.

I am interested to know if/what scanning capabilities this product has that feeds into the display.

Can the projector scan across a surface while adjusting the focus of the lens to produce focused images at variable distances from the projector?

What are the +/- tolerances for distance from lens that a focused image can be produced?

Another potential solution to this issue is in mounting the projector to a robotic arm which navigates it at a consistent distance around the part. Would you see any potential issues that might arise with this kind of implementation?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Kind regards,

Joel McKillen
