I received them on Thursday, April 24th, but one of the two was defective.

There were a lot of vertical white spots. I would like you to send me a replacement.

    Hello Manuel,

    Could the customer help answer the following questions to help troubleshoot.

    1. Is customer installing these DLP3310AFQM into their own custom system? Or is this a TI EVM/System
    2. Were both DLP3310AFQM installed into the same system with the same hardware and optics?
    3. For the part that shows the white spots, do you constantly see the white spots on all types of content including Splash, TPG, external video?

    SEE BELOW REPLY FROM CUSTOMER,

    1. Are you installing this DLP3310AFQM in your own custom system?Or is it

          TI's EVM/system?>> I installed it in a projector haro wk03A made by xgimi.

    1. both DLP3310AFQM installed on the same system with the same hardware

          and optics?>> The second one was also installed in the same projector as 1 and was normal.

           3. regarding the visible white spots, do you always see

          white spots with any type of content, including splashes, TPGs, and

          external video?> > I installed it on a popin Aladdin2 by AladdinX and it

          shows white lines.

    Hello Manuel,

    Given they installed the same DMD onto the same system and one works and the other doesn't, there indeed seems to be an issue with the DMD. The non working DMD can be considered defective.
