I'm a researcher at a university interested in using the DLP6750 EVM in our experiment. I read about the device in a few papers and would like additional info about the device, its specs, and how we can purchase an evaluation model. May someone help provide me with more information?

Hello Jenny,

There are two slightly different EVMs:

https://www.ti.com/tool/DLP670REEVM for display - you can order from this page.
https://www.ti.com/tool/DLPLCR67EVM for light control (industrial) - you can order from this page.

Both require a controller board matched to the particular DMD EVM.

What are you wanting to try to do so we can point you to the combination that will best meet your needs?

Hi Fizix,

Maybe I'm asking under the wrong part thread, but my inquiry is related to this post: DLP670REEVM: where can i get more information about DLP6750 EVM and is the device referenced on page 3 of this paper at the bottom: https://arxiv.org/pdf/2409.01289

It's not a typical DMD and is called the phase only light modulator where the mirrors don't tilt and instead our pushed to different heights. From my understanding, it is under development and one can get their hands on an evaluation board. Would you happen to know more about this?

This is the the TI PLM (phase light modulator). It is only available by an email invitation.
