DLP4710: Thermistor temperature measurement

Part Number: DLP4710

Tool/software:

I would like to inquire about the location of the temperature test point TP1. Can the temperature be measured using a thermistor voltage divider?

  • Hello User,

We will check with the subject expert and get back to you.

  • Hello User,

The leads to used for your thermistor would need to be very fine. With that small of a lead there may be issues with the thermistor getting accurate results from the resistance change in the leads.

The thermistor would need to be very small to be attached properly to the DMD to get an accurate reading.

Typically, a thermocouple is used for this type of work. This would be the preferred method in which this information is captured.

    Best,

    John
