Hi TI team and community,

We recently purchased the DLP4710EVM-LC. While the main controller board is well documented, we haven’t been able to find technical information for the board that accommodates the DLP4710 DMD (the small interface PCB attached to the DMD within the engine). Specifically, we’re seeking the electrical schematic and Bill of Materials (BOM) for that board.

What we’re asking for:

Does TI have (or can point us to) the schematic and BOM for this DMD interface board?

We will attach photos of the board markings/labels from our unit to help identify the exact assembly.

Thanks in advance for your support and for any pointers to the correct documentation or process.

    Welcome to the E2E forums and we hope to assist you with your questions.

    The optical engine module which includes the DMD board was designed by Young Optics as mentioned in the EVM user guide. Please reach out to them in regards to the information you have requested.

    Hi Alex, thanks for the quick reply and for pointing me in the right direction.

    I’ve already reached out to Young Optics at support@youngoptics.com (initial email on Sep 22 and a follow-up on Oct 10), but I haven’t received a response yet.

    Do you happen to have an alternative contact (email or portal) for Young Optics regarding the DLP4710 optical engine/DMD interface board documentation?
    If there’s a recommended regional contact or distributor channel for this request, I’d appreciate a pointer as well.
