You can get the LightCrafter Driver board and systems board reference design files that includes the schematics and the pcb layout and gerber files by downloading the  DLP3000-C300REF: DLP 0.3 WVGA Chipset Reference Design   from this page:

Thank you for the PCB file link.  I have two other questions regarding our plan to design and use a DMD extension flex cable:  It seems reasonable to assume that the drive lines from the DMD driver IC to the DMD chip must be constant impedance and of equal length.  Are either or both of these assumptions correct?  What is the design impedance?

I have to get back to you on the impedance information.

Also please refer to the controller datasheet, http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/dlpc300.pdf Table #15 talking about signal conditions for the DMD Interface, things like serial termination of 30Ohm assumption and data routing skew about 0.1ns max, the bus speed is about 76.3MHz max.
