Hey

I've seen a few posts about the recent release of the DLP9000X and wanted to know, what's the maximum safe level of light to use on the chip in lumens. I can't seem to find it on any of the technical specs online. Does anyone know it's capacities?

    Hi John,

    The DLP9000X will have the same maximum illumination specification as the DLP9000, the key difference between the devices will be the speed of operation. Maximum illumination for the DLP9000 and the DLP9000X in specified visible wavelengths is thermally limited. Check out the DLP9000 datasheet for a calculation on how to find that maximum illumination for your system.
