Generating 1-bit monochrome patterns via HDMI

Hi,

I am working on a laser scanning/ beam shaping system. In order to scan the beam, I need to generate 1-bit monochrome patterns and stream via HDMI. 

My development works are over LabView-IMAQ, Python and I am also using ImageMagick tools. LightCrafter 300 and LightCrafter4500 available. Would anyone advise using any other software/ environment to generate and stream bitplane images for 1 bit image projection?

I would also appreciate sharing your experience.
