DLP2607/PAD1000 0.2nHD booting issue

Dear

Our one model is using 0.2nHD engine with DLP2607 & PAD1000.

In mass production , there are many faulty goods that does not turn on LED.

When that issue occurs, INTZ of PAD1000 is pulled low and returns to HiZ state.

VBIAS/VOFS/VRST also go to low with INTZ pulled low and remains low.

Can you help us find a solution ?  fault rate is very high.

    This is usually caused by excess current on one or more of Vofs, Vbias and Vrst. The excess current is usually due to a damaged DMD. Please take an optical engine from a working unit and install into a non-working unit? If the non-working unit starts working then the DMD in the original optical engine is probably damaged. Another possibility is that the PAD1000 circuit is not working correctly.
