Hello to whom it may concern,

Could you please teach about flash memory of DLPC200?

1, Could you pleas teach required specification of parallel NOR flash memory for DLPC200?
I'd like to know the required memory size or speed grade etc.


2, Can we use below flash memory for DLPC200?

a, MT28EW01GABA1HPC-0SIT(Micron)
b, S29GL01GS series(Cypress)

If we can't use above memory,could you please teach recommend flash memory of BGA type?
Because the availability of recommended parallel flash memory(JS28F00AP30BF) is bad, so we want to know.

    1. From section 8.2.2.1.5 of the datasheet, "the controller parallel flash memory interface supports a high-speed NOR device with a 16-bit data bus and up to 1 GB of memory." Our recommendation is at least 128 Mb of memory. As far as speed grade goes, make sure to follow Section 6.11 in the user's guide.

    2. I do not know if the particular memory devices that you have selected are good choices, however, whichever memory you select must meet the requirements given in section 6.11 Parallel Flash Timing Requirements of the user's guide: www.ti.com/.../dlpc200.pdf
