Hi, 

When I doing the step 2, I got the Error as follow:

LCR4500_DEBUG<0X28ef08>: Flash device parameters NOT found

Projector prepare sequence FAILED:

ERRORS: 1 and WARNINGS: 0

ERROR: LCR4500_FLASHDEVICE_PARAMETERS_NOT_FOUND

My firmware is v3.0.0, and I edit the path for config_projector.txt already.

What's the problem?

    Hi Pamela,

    Thanks for your question and welcome to the DLP forums! I'm sorry you're having difficulty with the 3D scanner design. The first thing that I would try is to use the Lightcrafter 4500 GUI and see if you can get it to connect there. You can download the GUI on the DLPLCR4500EVM page.

    We've seen some users report that this issue can show up on Windows 10, so if you're using Win10 you might see if any of the advice in this post helps:

    Did you build the TIDA-00254 software from the source or are you using the binary?
