DLPA3000: Measurement of system parameters

Part Number: DLPA3000
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DLPC3439

In the DLPA3000 datasheet there is a section regarding the measurement system within the device allowing to sense internal and external voltages i.e. LED current, LED cathode voltage, etc.

The measurement system has ACMPR_REF (reference signal for the comparator) and ACMPR_OUT (analog comparator output) pins. These pins should be connected to host.

The datasheet for the DLPC3439 states that the device can drive the successive approximation ADC comparator (CMP_PWM pin) and has an input pin for the ADC comparator output (CMP_OUT pin).

Description of those pins indicates that they can be used for WPC light sensor or thermistor applications.

I have the ACMPR_REF and ACMPR_OUT pins of the DLPA3000 connected to the CMP_PWM and CMP_OUT pins of the DLPC3439. Is it possible, using this arrangment.interface, to measure/get information about LED current, LED cathode voltage, and system voltage or is it only reserved for the WPC light sensor and thermistor applications?
