DLPC2607: Missing portions of the DLPC2607 Datasheet

We are designing a system utilizing the DLPC2607/DLPA1000/DLP2000, and it looks like the DMPC2607 datasheet does not include any documentation on the D0-D14 pins or the LOADB/SCTRL/TRC/DAD_BUS/DAD_STRB ect...

There are no ball numbers or descriptions, however, there are references to them in section 6.14 DMD Interface Timing Requirements.

Where can I get a datasheet that is complete and is not missing information about the pinouts?

Hi Mark,
Thank you for bring this to our attention. It seems some critical sections of data sheet ex. mDDR memory interface got deleted accidentally. I will investigate this issue and get back to you soon.

Hi Mark,

Those information were accidentally deleted from the DLPC2607 data sheet. We are working on updating the datasheet and it may take some time.

I am attaching an older version of the datasheet. You can find missing information about DMD interface and SDRAM interface in the page 8 and page 9 of the datasheet.
