DLPNIRSCANEVM: Reference taking a long time and scanning is not even finishing

Hi,

I tried taking a reference scan with empty cuvette (in Quick Scan mode). From the moment I hit the "Riu Reference Scan", it shows "Reference Scan in Progress" and it never finishes! I waited for 20 minutes. How much times does it take? It does not even seem like finishing.

Hi Sumayia,

Thanks for your interest in DLP Technology. Are you using the latest version of DLPC350 and Sitara AM3358 firmwares? If not kindly flash the latest version of DLPC350 firmware (v3.1) and Sitara AM3358 firmware (v2.0) and see if the problem persists.

Hi,

Can you please kindly provide me the link for Sitara AM3358 firmware (v2.0) download in Windows 10? In TI website I found the link for linux only. And also, apart from DLPC350 and Sitara AM3358 firmwares softwares, do I need to install something else?

Hi Sumaiya,

Kindly find the AM3358 firmware in the following link www.ti.com/.../marketurl.tsp
Also, you'll need the LightCrafter 4500 GUI to flash the DLPC350 firmware on the chip.
