Hello,
I am using the DLP® Discovery™ 4100 Development Kit .7 XGA (VIS) from ViALUX. I download the newest software Discovery 4100 Explorer version 1.1. And I set up the device according to the 6.1 Quick Start Guide on Operation in the DLP® Discovery™ 4100 Development Kit Software User’s Guide. However, I find that the USB driver can not be installed successfully after connecting the device to computer. The Device Manager prompt that the USB driver is not installled and the error codeb is 28. I also try the different operating system including Windows 7 and Windows 10. However, it doesn’t work. Could you please help me figure out a solution or share the experience about how to deal with the similiar issues?
