DLP4710: long-term availability of 0.47" DMDs

Good Morning,

I feel unsure about the availability information concerning the 0.47" DMDs in general:

DLP470NE, DLP470TE, DLP470TP and DLP4710 are "ACTIVE" according to TI.

Yet According to Mouser Electronics:"End of Life: Scheduled for obsolescence and will be discontinued by the manufacturer."

Does Mouser has more information regarding the future availability or will these products remain active for the oncoming years?

    Hello Matthieu,

    There is a currently ongoing orderable part number change (e.g. DLP4710FQL -> DLP4710AFQL). So while you may see specific parts scheduled for end of life, the generic part number (e.g. DLP4710) of these .47" parts will remain available. There are no current plans to end of life the actual DMDs themselves. I would expect the new orderable part numbers to start appearing on our website and on distributor's website before the old orderable part numbers are actually discontinued.
